This Privacy Policy explains how Auralis handles information when you use idslot777.com, email us, subscribe to our notes, or ask for insurance guidance. We wrote it in plain language on purpose. Insurance is already full of dense documents. Your privacy notice should not be another one you cannot use.
Last updated: 22 September 2026.
1. Who this notice is from
This notice is from Auralis, the insurance guidance practice that publishes this website. When we say “we,” we mean that practice. When we say “you,” we mean a visitor, a subscriber, or a person who asks for guidance.
You can contact us about privacy at hello@idslot777.com. Use the word “Privacy” in the subject line. Email is how we handle these requests.
If a law where you live gives you rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of personal information, those rights sit alongside this notice. This page does not shrink them. If a sentence here conflicts with a right you cannot waive, the right wins.
2. The current website stores forms in your browser
The forms on this website, including appointment, quote, newsletter, subscribe, and unsubscribe forms, are client-side. They check that fields are filled in and that an email looks properly shaped. When the check passes, the page shows a thank-you message. They are not connected to a database, and they do not transmit your entries to an Auralis server.
That design means a form submission, by itself, does not create a customer record on our systems. If you want a person to read your request, send an email to hello@idslot777.com. Information you place in an email is then handled as described in the rest of this notice.
Your browser, and any extension you installed, may still keep form text in its own memory or history. That storage is controlled by you and by the browser maker, not by us. Clearing a form, closing a tab, or using a private window are choices available in most browsers.
3. Information you may choose to send us
If you email us or later use a channel we confirm in writing, you might send:
- Identity and contact details, such as your name and email address.
- The topic you want to discuss, such as life, home, auto, health, or income cover.
- Household facts you volunteer, such as who shares a home, whether you rent or own, or how a vehicle is used.
- Documents you attach, such as declaration pages, when a review actually starts.
- Messages about billing for guidance, if you engage us.
- Your preferences about newsletter topics and whether you wish to stop receiving them.
Please do not send government identity numbers, full medical charts, payment card numbers, or account passwords in an introductory email. If a review truly needs a narrower document, we will name it. Health plan conversations can touch on clinics and prescriptions you choose to mention. Share only what the question requires.
If you send information about another person, such as a partner or a dependent, you confirm that you have a proper basis to share it and that you have told them where that is appropriate. We use that information only for the guidance you requested.
4. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages may briefly process technical data needed to show the site: an IP address, a browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. Hosts and security tools often keep short logs to detect abuse and to keep the site available. We do not use those logs to build a marketing profile of your browsing, and we do not sell them.
This website does not run third-party advertising trackers, and it does not set analytics cookies for an advertising network. Fonts may be requested from a font host so the design can load. That request reveals to the font host that your browser asked for the typeface, which is ordinary for the way web fonts work. If you block third-party requests, the site still functions with your device’s fallback fonts.
Share buttons do not send your details to a social network until you choose to open them. When you do, the network receives the page address you asked to share, under that network’s own rules.
5. How we use information
When you actually send us information, we use it to:
- Reply to questions and appointment requests.
- Prepare the insurance guidance you asked for, including comparisons and written summaries.
- Keep a record of what we told you, so a later renewal does not start from a blank page.
- Send the newsletter if you subscribed, and stop it if you unsubscribe.
- Bill for guidance you agreed to buy, and keep the accounting records those fees require.
- Protect the website and our correspondence from misuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Meet a legal duty if one applies, such as a lawful request we are required to answer.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about insurance eligibility. Insurers make underwriting decisions on their own systems, under their own notices, if you apply to them. Our notes are explanations and preparation, not an automated accept-or-decline engine.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
6. The reasons we rely on
Depending on where you live, privacy law may ask us to name a reason for each use. In ordinary language, we rely on these:
- You asked us to do something, such as answer an email or send a newsletter.
- The use is reasonably needed to provide the guidance you engaged, or to keep a record of it.
- You gave consent, which you can withdraw for optional mail without affecting a request you still want answered.
- We have a legitimate need to secure our systems and to understand a message you sent us, balanced against your privacy.
- A law requires the use, or we need the information to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
If a law requires consent for a specific use, we will ask for that consent before the use. If you refuse, we will not pretend you agreed. Some work may be impossible without a particular fact, and we will say so rather than invent the fact.
7. Newsletters, subscribe, and unsubscribe
Newsletter mail is optional. The subscribe page lets you name topics. The unsubscribe page lets you ask to leave. Because the on-site forms are client-side, a reliable way to subscribe or unsubscribe in practice is to email hello@idslot777.com with the request and the address that should be added or removed. We treat a clear unsubscribe email as a request to stop marketing messages to that address.
We aim to honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and in any case within the period required where you live. A message already in transit may still arrive. Service messages about an open guidance request are separate from the newsletter. Stopping the newsletter does not delete a client file you asked us to keep so we can finish or document that work.
Please do not subscribe an address that is not yours. If you received mail you did not expect, forward it to us and we will remove the address.
8. Who we share information with
We share personal information only in narrow situations:
- With advisors inside Auralis who need it to do the work. A life review and a home review may be seen by more than one advisor on the same file. We do not pass the file around for curiosity.
- With a service provider who hosts email or stores client notes for us, under instructions that limit their use to helping us. We do not authorize them to sell the information.
- With an insurer or another professional, and only if you ask us to make that introduction or if sending a form is part of the work you confirmed.
- With a professional adviser of ours, such as an accountant or a lawyer, when the advice requires it and the adviser is bound to confidentiality.
- If the law requires disclosure, or if it is necessary to protect someone’s vital interests, or to respond to a lawful request.
- If the practice is ever reorganized, the recipient would have to honor this notice or a notice at least as protective, and we would tell active clients about a change of controller where the law requires it.
We do not share your information with social networks merely because a share icon appears on the page. The share happens only when you activate it.
9. How long we keep information
We keep correspondence and client notes for as long as the guidance relationship is active and for a further period that lets us answer a question about what we recommended, meet accounting duties, and respond to a complaint. That period is not forever by default. When the purpose is finished and no duty requires retention, we delete or de-identify the information.
Newsletter addresses are kept while you remain subscribed and for a short suppression period afterward, so we do not accidentally add you again. Server logs kept for security are kept for a short operational window and then removed or aggregated.
If you ask us to delete information and we must keep a portion to meet a legal duty or to defend a claim, we will restrict that portion to that purpose and tell you that we kept it, unless telling you would be unlawful.
10. How we protect information
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to a guidance practice: limited access, careful email handling, and a preference for collecting less rather than more. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You should use a current browser, keep your mailbox protected, and avoid sending highly sensitive numbers in a first message.
If we learn of a breach that the law requires us to announce, we will notify the people the law tells us to notify, in the manner and time the law requires. We will not describe a security event in more detail than is responsible while it is being contained.
11. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold information about you.
- Provide a copy of the information you are entitled to receive.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete information, subject to the limits in the retention section.
- Restrict or object to a use, where the law gives you that right.
- Receive certain information in a portable format, where the law requires portability.
- Withdraw consent for optional email, which you can also do from the unsubscribe page’s instructions.
- Complain to a privacy regulator where you live. We would like the chance to resolve the issue first, and you are not required to give us that chance if the law says otherwise.
Send requests to hello@idslot777.com. We may need to confirm that the requester controls the email address, so we do not disclose a file to the wrong person. We will not ask you for a copy of a government identity document as the default proof. A reply from the address on the file is usually enough. We respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we will tell you if we need longer and why.
We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Asking for deletion of a client file may mean we can no longer continue the guidance, because we cannot advise from a blank record. We will explain that consequence before we delete, where the law allows the explanation.
12. Children
The website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority. A parent may mention a child in the course of life or health planning, for example to explain who depends on an income. That mention should be limited to what the cover question needs. If you believe a child sent us a form or an email, write to us and we will delete what we should not have.
13. International visitors
We do not describe this practice as based in any one country on this website, and we do not publish a location. Email and hosting providers may process messages in more than one place. When information moves, we take steps the law requires, which may include contractual protections with a provider. You may ask us for a general description of those safeguards.
If you write to us from a place with strong privacy rules, we will honor the rights that apply to that request. We will not apply a weaker standard just because this page is silent about a country’s name.
14. Links and other sites
Our pages may link to insurers, regulators, or educational sources, and share buttons open other services. Those sites have their own notices. Read them before you send them information. A link is not a statement that we control the other site or that we agree with everything on it.
15. Changes to this notice
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold about active clients, we will tell those clients by email before or when the change takes effect, where that notice is required or where it is the fair thing to do. The version you are reading applies from the date above.
16. How to reach us
Privacy questions, access requests, corrections, deletions, and complaints about our handling of information go to hello@idslot777.com. You may also start from the contact form, understanding that the form currently checks entries in your browser and that email is the reliable path for a request we must action.
Please include enough detail for us to find the right messages, such as the email address you used and whether the request is about the newsletter or about a guidance file. Do not include account numbers or identity documents in that first note. We would rather ask for a missing detail than receive a document we do not need.
